"Quality Production is more than just a workplace for me; it is a place where I feel at home and can keep developing. I started here when Quality Production was making the transition from traditionally made orthotic insoles to milled insoles using CAD-CAM software and CNC milling machines. Management gave me the confidence to develop and optimise this process further.

Together with our CEO Caius Spronken, I developed a hybrid concept with the aim of creating an elegant orthotic insole, with reduced material waste and reproducibility at its core. It was hugely motivating to see this product so well received by patients, orthopaedic specialists and technicians.

In a manufacturing company, waste is often high, but Quality Production strives to make a difference. We looked for new techniques to reduce waste and shrink our ecological footprint. The recent investments in 3D printing were spot on; the functionality, reproducibility and quality of the 3D-printed insoles are outstanding, and waste during the production process is negligible.
