Let us take the work off your hands

Our goal is to take the production of custom orthopaedic devices off your hands.

So that you:

  • Have more time for your patients
  • Can help more patients
  • Need to invest less in stock and machines
  • Need less in-house staff with specialist expertise
  • Are relieved of quality registration tasks
  • Need less workshop space
  • Have more free time to enjoy life

Production in a modern workshop

ISO 13485

Quality Production plays a leading and active role in the orthopaedic sector. We guarantee the quality of our custom devices so that the highest possible quality of insoles, corsets, orthoses and prostheses is delivered within the agreed timeframe.

Production follows standardised procedures in a modern workshop.

Your 3D or plaster model is corrected, either digitally or by hand, by you or by us. Manufacturing starts immediately afterwards. Every production stream has strict quality checks to ensure that each orthopaedic medical device is unique and manufactured according to ISO 13485 quality standards.

Each device is delivered with its own unique passport to guarantee MDR traceability.

Trust

We are a third-generation family business, where every customer is a valued colleague. We are proud of our customers and of our position as an independent market-leading manufacturer. Together with our partners, we work every day on making better devices.

Fair prices

The cost of custom devices is calculated based on the complexity of the production. In Belgium, the RIZIV/INAMI nomenclature is a good guide for this. Our prices are therefore usually in line with it.

Innovate to stand out

"Want to stand out as an entrepreneur today? Then you need to innovate."

Of course, you have loyal customers (patients, doctors, hospitals) who will not leave you because of who you are. However, on average, doctors and healthcare professionals have become less loyal to suppliers. They are also more open to new things and have higher expectations. To stay attractive in this day and age, you need to stand out. You need to show that you are flexible, that you think along, and that you can surprise the customer with new, creative ideas.
