Orthopaedic and podiatric insoles

+60 years of experience

Quality Production by Spronken is an insole factory with 60+ years of experience. Every year we make more than 15,000 pairs of custom insoles in our workshop in Genk.

We offer a wide range of products that comply with the ISO 13485 and MDR quality standards. Every insole is delivered with a unique passport.

Insoles undergo extensive testing and a formal final inspection. For orthopaedic and podiatric insoles we test the strength of the insole. For sports insoles and safety insoles we test shock absorption and elasticity. Besides safety and appearance, the product may only be packed once the final product has passed inspection.

Delivery of measurements

There are currently 2 physical ways to send us your measurements: an impression in a foam box or a blueprint. In exceptional cases, plaster casts are processed.

The impression in the foam box is scanned with a 3D scanner, which gives us a digital impression. A blueprint is also digitised with a scanner.

The insole is modelled digitally with CAD/CAM software. This also applies if you have chosen a traditional insole.

We digitise all impressions, so we always have your patient's impression available, for example for adjustments or additional orders.

With the digital method, you can use 3D scans (STL files), 2D scans (BMP files) or images from your pressure mat to make the insole.

If you already have a scanner in your practice, you can keep using it. This file can be sent to Quality Production together with the measurement form. The insole can then be modelled from this scan with CAD/CAM software, or a traditional insole can be made.

Types of insoles

QpLine Support®

The QpLine Support® is a 3D-milled insole that is modelled with CAD/CAM software.

3D-milled insoles offer an innovative way to provide custom-made insoles for individuals. This technology gives a more accurate fit than traditional build-up methods.

All adjustments, corrections and features are modelled digitally to the customer's specification.

3D-milled insoles are ideal for full-contact insoles and for heavier people.

We offer several types of milling blocks. The corrections are integrated into the insole.

QpLine Elegant®

The QpLine Elegant® is a hybrid insole and our most requested insole, thanks to its high patient satisfaction.

The QpLine Elegant® is a custom-made insole where the corrections (and elements) are milled from a thin EVA milling block. This is glued onto a base model. It combines a traditional, elegant base with a milled EVA block. The end result is a thin, elegant, sturdy insole that fits easily in the patient's shoe.

With the hybrid insole, Quality Production offers a unique concept that minimises the ecological footprint.

As with the standard milled insoles, we have different hardnesses available to make the insole for your customer.
